convert example: varian2pipe_2d_tppi

This example shows how to use nmrglue to convert between the Varian and NMRPipe
file formats for a 2D data set collected using TPPI in the indirect dimension.  
The last block of code lists the differences between this conversion and one 
performed with var2pipe.
